Overview of the Loss Replacement Plan
The Loss Replacement Plan provides you with a credit toward the replacement of your Doubloon golf accessory (the "Doubloon") if it is lost within one (1) year from the date of purchase. The Plan must be purchased at the time of the original transaction.Eligibility
- The Plan is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the Doubloon and must be purchased concurrently with the Doubloon. Extended coverage may be made available after the one-year period.
Cost
- The cost of the Loss Replacement Plan is up to 30% of the retail price of the Doubloon at the time of purchase.
- The Plan fee is non-refundable once purchased.
Replacement Conditions
- In the event of loss, the Loss Replacement Plan entitles the purchaser to a credit equal to the original purchase price, toward the price of any Doubloon.
- The replacement must be requested within the one (1) year period from the date of purchase of the original Doubloon.
- Only one replacement per purchased Plan is allowed. Once a replacement is issued, the Plan will be considered fulfilled and no further claims can be made under this Plan.
Requesting a Replacement
To request a replacement under this Plan, simply:
- Contact DoubloonGolf.com customer support within one (1) year of your original purchase date.- Provide proof of purchase of both the Doubloon and the Plan.
- Submit a statement confirming the loss of the original Doubloon and the circumstances surrounding the loss.
- Pay shipping and handling of $25.
Exclusions
The Loss Replacement Plan does not cover:
- Losses occurring after the expiration of the one-year term.
- Losses not reported within the one (1) year term.
Limitations
- The Loss Replacement Plan is limited to one (1) replacement per Plan.
- Once a replacement has been issued, the Plan is considered fulfilled, and no further claims can be made under the Plan.
Cancellation
- No cancellation of the Plan is allowed after purchase.
Modification of Terms
DoubloonGolf.com reserves the right to modify the terms of the Loss Replacement Plan at any time. Any changes to the terms will apply to Plans purchased after the date of the modification.
